I understand

First I want to say that I understand the ups and downs that people have with life and especially their health.
This year has been a real roller coaster for me.
I got into the best shape of my life,
then I let a neck injury sideline me.
I have days when I don't leave the house all day and have to stay on drugs to keep me immobilized.
Today was one of these days.
Went out to party last night and then up early for a 3 hour meeting, then lunch and then hurrying home to get drugged up to ease the pain.
I just woke up after 6 hrs of sleep.
This last 30 days have been tough, and I have been eating so much due to depression of being stuck at home, and when I go out, I eat like a pig.
I know I have to shake this, and I probably should give into the neck surgery, but that is scary stuff. Monday I see the doctor again.
It's starting to get embarrassing not being able to hold on to a glass with my left hand, or being able to lift weights.
My mind says I have hold of the glass, but my hand doesn't listen and let's go. I laugh when it happens, but I must look like a drunk to other people.
But I will get thru this, and I will turn around and continue my goal of reaching 20% body fat or lower.
So I understand if you are having trouble.
And I am here to give you support.
