It has to be NOW !
If you don't do it NOW ... It May never get done.
The best Part about Exercise,
Is that in the time you take deciding to workout,
You could have already done a workout.
We all struggle with change.
We don't all wake up in the morning jumping out of bed wanting to Exercise.

But if you just get started with only 10 or 15 minutes every morning
You will develop a habit that will grow into 30, 45 or 60 minutes a day.
You don't need a Gym or and special equipment.
Your Body is a perfect machine.
You can workout every muscle in your body
within a small space in your living room.
Success Magazine had an article last month about the effect that sitting at a desk for 3 hrs has on the human body.
It says that our body goes into shut down mode.
The damage caused can lead to disease and early death.
In fact it says that even one hour of exercise is not enough to correct the effects of sitting for 3 hrs.
That is scary.
I now use my laptop on my kitchen counter standing up.
If I am sitting at a desk,
I bought a timer that goes off in 60 minutes so that I know to get up and stretch or do some form of cardio.
Just 5 minutes of stretching or cardio will get the blood flowing again in your body,
and is better than coffee or sugary junk food.
Take care of Your Body,
And it will take care of you.
Drinks lots of water through out the day
Keep the blood flowing to all parts of your body
Flush out out the toxins and let your body thrive.
OK, stand up and do 20 knees to the chest.
You have to do it NOW ... There is NO OTHER WAY !
